Returns:
For hygiene and safety considerations, perfumes are not eligible for return or exchange.

Any damages or return requests must be reported within 24 hours from the date of receipt of the product.

Pearl Care:

• Pearls are delicate gems that require special care. Put them on last when getting ready and take them off first. Avoid contact with perfumes, hairsprays, and cosmetics as these can damage the pearl's luster.
• Cleaning: Wipe gently with a soft, lint-free cloth after each wear. Do not use harsh chemicals or ultrasonic cleaners. For deeper cleaning, use a damp cloth with mild soap and water, then dry immediately.
• Storage: Store in the provided pouch or a soft jewelry box. Keep away from other jewelry to prevent scratches. Lay flat rather than hanging to maintain chain integrity.

Perfume:

• Store in a cool, dry place away from direct sunlight and heat sources. Keep the bottle tightly closed when not in use to preserve the fragrance integrity. Avoid exposing to extreme temperatures.
• Application: Apply to pulse points such as wrists, neck, and behind ears. For best results, apply on moisturized skin and allow to dry naturally without rubbing.
